Juvenile Arthritis

Too many children live with the physical and emotional toll of juvenile arthritis (JA) and other rheumatic conditions. Despite significant progress, more research and treatments are urgently needed and the Arthritis Foundation is committed to investments guided by the needs of JA patients and their families.

JA Camp

JA Camps give children and teens living with juvenile arthritis and other rheumatic diseases a place to simply be kids. In a fun, safe and medically supervised environment, campers make lifelong friends, build confidence and independence and discover that arthritis does not define what they are capable of.

See how JA Camp is building confidence, friendships and hope for children with juvenile arthritis.

JA Family Summit

The JA Family Summit is the Arthritis Foundation’s signature nationwide event bringing together families affected by juvenile arthritis and childhood rheumatic diseases for four days of education, wellness and community. With age-appropriate sessions and activities for children, teens and young adults, it is a place where families find connection, support and the knowledge they need to navigate life with JA.

Watch families from across the country come together for programs built around their journey with JA.

JA Power Pack

A diagnosis of juvenile arthritis and other childhood rheumatic diseases can turn life upside down and make you feel powerless. The JA Power Pack gives families everything they need in one place when they need it most. Packed with guides, educational materials and comfort items tailored for every age, it is a practical and compassionate resource designed to help families feel informed, supported and ready to take on whatever comes next.
